The Red Arrows, Southport Air Show (Sunday), Sept 2014

After seeing them on Saturday in very poor weather conditions, doing the lo-level display
going back on Sunday when far better conditions were predicted seemed a good idea.
The aim was not just to get good pictures, but also to be able to see the pilots!

Not bad for a picture of a pilot - even if he is upside down - which you can tell by the shadow!

A couple of back-seat drivers here?

Didn't quite catch that one - otherwise that would have been impressive given that I was below it and it was going 500+ mph!

Quite how two aircraft can occupy the same place at the same time is quite incredulous!
